CFS Retail Property Trust (the Trust) is a retail sector-specific Australian real estate investment trust. The Trust invests in regional and sub-regional shopping centers across Australia. As of June 30, 2009, the Trust’s property portfolio comprised 24 retail assets. Its portfolio was 99.9% occupied as of June 30, 2009. As of June 30, 2009, some of the properties held directly by the Trust included Altona Gate Shopping Centre, Bayside Shopping Centre, Broadmeadows Shopping Centre, Chadstone Shopping Centre and Roxburgh Park Shopping Centre, all of which are located in Victoria; Elizabeth Shopping Centre, located in South Australia; Lake Haven Shopping Centre, located in New South Wales, and Myer Centre Brisbane, Post Office Square and QueensPlaza, located in Queensland. The Trust’s responsible entity is Commonwealth Managed Investments Limited. Its manager is Colonial First State Property Retail Pty Ltd. In January 2009, it sold Golden Grove Village Shopping Centre in South Australia.
