The Company operates in four divisions: management services division, adjusting services division, insurance support services division and insurance companies run-off division. Management services division provides mutual management, captive management, investment management and risk management. Adjusting services division includes energy, aviation, non-marine and marine (including average) adjusting. Insurance support services division includes non-life and life insurance support services. Insurance companies run-off division includes non-life and life insurance companies closed to new business. In December 2012, the Company acquired Global Life Assurance Limited.
