Austin Residential Reentry Center
The Company's Austin Residential Reentry Center (RRC) provides services for approximately 80 male and female Federal offenders. RRC program services include employment and residence development and other self-improvement opportunities to assist federal offenders during the transition from prison to the community. Austin RRC provides community-based residential services for offenders, present in the custody of the Bureau of Prisons (BOP), the United States Attorney General, or under the supervision of the United States Probation Office. RRC also provides home confinement services for the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
Austin Transitional Center
The Company's Austin Transitional Center is approximately 420-bed coeducational (co-ed) residential treatment center and halfway house. The new facility was constructed on contiguous property, approximately 100 feet west of the Travis County Residential Center in Del Valle, Texas. The new Austin Transitional Center is approximately 42,000 square foot facility, with over 10 housing areas, approximately five classrooms and treatment rooms, administration and program administration areas, maintenance department, dining and kitchen. The facility opens up to a dining and meeting area, which includes a security monitoring station located in the center. The facility also includes a medical office and client collection center. Its Austin Transitional Center provides community-based substance abuse treatment programs and job placement assistance services for offenders from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. It provides housing and employment services for over 200 Halfway House offenders and over 100 residential substance abuse treatment clients. The Austin Transitional Center provides substance abuse and treatment counseling for over 100 clients graduated from Substance Abuse Felony Punishment Centers (SAFPs) throughout the State of Texas.
Carver Transitional Center
The Company's Carver Center is approximately 560 bed American Correctional Association accredited male and female halfway house located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Carver provides employment placement assistance, case management, and approximately 30-day/100-hour transitional program for the Oklahoma Department of Corrections (ODOC) residents. Carver Center also contracts to provide residential program services for the United States Pretrial Services office for the Western District of Oklahoma. The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health certifies Carver Center as a Drug and Alcohol treatment provider. Carver's treatment provides residential and outpatient substance abuse treatment programs, education, testing, counseling, programs and relapse prevention classes.
The Company's Carver Center provides counseling for individuals, groups, and families. Its counseling programs include anger management and cognitive behavior modification. Carver provides approximately three nutritious meals per day, including a sack lunch provided to residents scheduled to leave the center for employment. Carver provides transportation for employment, medical appointments, and court and legal appointments.
Carver Center Veteran Residential Program
The Company's Carver Veteran Affairs Program provides residential services to non-criminal, homeless Veterans referred by the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Carver provides daily transportation to the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center for day programs and medical appointments. Services also include approximately three meals and nutritious snacks per day, activities, field trips, housekeeping and linen service. The program also provides a level of therapeutic and rehabilitative mental health services designed to promote an adaptive level of psychosocial functioning and supportive personal care. Carver also provides individual adjustment services, including social, recreational and spiritual opportunities.
Cheyenne Transitional Center
The Company's Cheyenne Transitional Center is approximately 130-bed residential adult co-ed halfway house located in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The center provides job placement assistance and drug testing in addition to residential services for offenders referred by the Wyoming Department of Corrections. The Cheyenne Transitional Center offers a range of programs for substance abuse, anger management, money management, parenting and life skills classes.
Corpus Christi Transitional Center
The Company's Corpus Christi Transitional Center is approximately 110-bed halfway house and residential treatment program. The Corpus Christi Transitional Center provides Halfway House and Therapeutic Treatment programs. It provides halfway house clients with case management, employment placement and reintegration programs, as well as approximately three meals per day. Public transportation is located close to the facility. When clients are unable to take public transportation the Company provides transportation to employment, employment searches, medical and dental, as well as any additional off-site programming services.
Dallas Transitional Center
The Company's Dallas Transitional Center is approximately 220-bed halfway house. The Dallas Transitional Center contracts with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice to provide halfway house residents case management, employment placement and reintegration services, approximately three meals per day, and transportation to treatment programs, jobs and medical appointments.
El Paso Multi-Use Facility
The Company's El Paso Multi Use Facility (MUF) is approximately 320-bed community residential facility. The Multi Use Facility provides substance abuse and treatment counseling. The El Paso MUF offers community residential programs for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for Halfway House, Supportive Substance Abuse Transitional Treatment Center and Intensive Substance Abuse Transitional Treatment Center Services. The El Paso MUF provides employment services programs, job readiness and development, life skills and case management services. The El Paso MUF provides outpatient treatment program through a contract with the United States District Court. The Federal treatment program is licensed for approximately 100 outpatient clients by the Texas Department of State Health Services.
El Paso Transitional Center
The Company's El Paso Transitional Center is approximately 200-bed residential halfway house located adjacent to the El Paso MUF. The facility houses over 170 male halfway house residents for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. It offers halfway house services, including employment services, job readiness and development, life skills and case management services. It provides approximately three nutritious meals per day, including a sack lunch provided to residents scheduled to leave the center for employment. It provides transportation for employment, medical appointments, and court and legal appointments. It has also served as a temporary emergency housing for secure offenders.
Fort Worth Transitional Center
The Company's Fort Worth Transitional Center is approximately 220-bed halfway house. The Fort Worth Transitional Center provides employment readiness and placement, case management and reintegration programs to prepare for release into the community.
Turley Residential Center
The Company's Turley Residential Center for Women (Turley) is approximately 290-bed female halfway house located on approximately 40 acres in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Turley provides a range of female specific programs onsite for job training programs that include training classes for dog grooming. Turley's community programs offers resume writing, professional clothing for interviews, computer skills classes, food service training classes, assist in finding affordable childcare and affordable housing, transportation, medical assistance. Turley also provides a range of counseling programs specific to women and children, family unification, substance abuse, anger management, parenting classes, money management/budgeting and shopping. Turley also offers approximately 30 day/100 hour cognitive-based transitional program.
Tulsa Transitional Center
The Company's Tulsa Transitional Center (Tulsa Center) is approximately 390-bed halfway house located in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma. Tulsa Center provides halfway house services, including employment services, job readiness and development, life skills, and case management and approximately 30-day/100-hour cognitive-based transitional program for residents. Tulsa Center also provides various alternative services, including residential work release, weekend incarceration programs and day reporting supervision for Court Referred clients.
