Profile: CitySpring Infrastructure Trust (CITY.SI)

CitySpring Infrastructure Trust (the trust) was established with the principal objective of investing in infrastructure assets and providing unitholders with long-term, regular and predictable distributions and the potential for longterm capital growth. The Trust’s portfolio comprised 100% of City Gas, the sole producer and retailer of town gas and the sole user of the low-pressure piped town gas network in Singapore and 70% of SingSpring, the sole supplier of desalinated water to the PUB, Singapore’s national water agency, 100% of Basslink Group, which owns and operates a 370-kilometres high voltage, direct current monopole electricity interconnector between the electricity grids of the States of Victoria and Tasmania in Australia and and 100% owned CityNet. CitySpring Infrastructure Management Pte. Ltd. acts as the trustee-manager of the CitySpring. On October 2, 2012, it incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, CitySpring Capital Pte. Ltd.
