It is also engaged in the ownership and running of a residential club in the United Kingdom, and the provision of secure self-storage facilities in Italy. Property segment is engaged in the rural and commercial property investment, development, and trading in the United Kingdom. In October 2009, Caledonia Investments plc, Gas Fin Investments S.A. and Gas Fin S.A. acquired a 11.66% interest in TGE Marine AG.
