CapitaMalls Asia Limited (CMA) is a shopping mall developer, owner and manager. It operates in two segments. Management business includes the provision of asset and project management, fund management and mall management services. Investment business includes investments in retail properties held directly through subsidiaries or through associates and jointly-controlled entities. In May 2012, CMA established three subsidiaries namely, CMA3 Investment 1 Pte. Ltd., CMA3 Investment 2 Pte. Ltd. and CMA3 Investment 3 Pte. Ltd. incorporated in Singapore. In June 2012, the Company established Crystal II Pte. Ltd. In July 2012, it established Radiant I Pte. Ltd. In September 2012, it established Radiant II Pte. Ltd. In October 2012, the Company incorporated a subsidiary, CapitaMalls SC Management Godo Kaisha. In April 2013, it announced the establishment of CapitaMalls Japan Asset Management Kabushiki Kaisha, incorporated in Japan.
