China Farm Equipment Limited is an investment holding company. The Company’s principal business activities include the manufacturing and sale of combine harvesters, plough machines and components and diesel engines. It manufactures eight models of combine harvesters and two models of plough machine under its Dragon Boat brand. The Company manufactures 35 models of diesel engines under its Binhu and Dragon Boat brands. The end customers of its diesel engines include manufacturers of automobiles, plough machines, harvesters, grinders, water pumps, rice mills, road rollers, spiral propellers, and electric generators. Its products are sold mainly through its network of more than 300 distributors in more than 30 provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities and special administrative regions in the People Republic of China.
