CAM Resources Berhad (CAM) is an investment holding company. The Company operates in three segments: Investment holding, Manufacturing and Trading. The Company’s Investment holding segment is engaged in investment holding. The Company’s Manufacturing segment is engaged in the manufacturing of aluminum, stainless steel, melamine household products and palm fiber. The Company’s Trading segment is engaged in the trading of household products. The Company, through its subsidiaries is involved in the manufacturing, sale and distribution of aluminum and stainless steel kitchen ware, sinks and melamine table ware. On April 8, 2011, the Company acquired 49% interest in Permatang Kiara Sdn. Bhd. On July 21, 2011, the Company acquired 100% interest in Esquire Concept Sdn. Bhd. On July 3, 2012, the Company acquired the remaining 51% interest in Permatang Kiara Sdn Bhd. In November 2012, the Company acquired Endless Harvest Sdn Bhd (EHSB).
