Alpha Grissin S.A., formerly Alpha Grissin Infotech S.A., is a Greece-based enterprise engaged in the import and trading of computer support systems. The Company's range of activities includes the trading of machinery, equipment and expendable supplies, as well as electrical equipment for different applications. Its product portfolio includes uninterruptible power systems (UPS), close control air conditioners, stabilizers, rectifiers, batteries, diesel generators, inverters and building management systems. The Company owns Alpha Grissin Infotech BG S.A., Alpha Grissin Real Estate S.A. and Alpha Krakow Development sp. z o.o. in Bulgaria. It also has a joint venture with Deutsche Bank AG, Deutsche Aeolia S.A., which is active in the development and exploitation of electrical power production units, and fully owns Grissin Pappas S.A. as well as the Romanian company, ZH Real Estate Construction SRL. Alpha Grissin S.A. has also established Alpha Mogilany Development Spzoo in Poland.
