Craig Wireless Systems Ltd. (CWS), formerly SSQ Acquisitions Inc., is a wireless service provider. The Company offers fully mobile broadband connection services, such as high-speed Internet, data communications services, and other high-bandwidth applications through WiMAX-enabled networks. CWS holds spectrum licenses and/or leases in British Columbia, Manitoba, the Coachella Valley (California), Greece, Norway and New Zealand, in the 2.5 gigahertz / 2.6 gigahertz and 3.5 gigahertz spectrum ranges. In Manitoba, CWS, through its indirect subsidiary, Craig Wireless Manitoba Inc. received an authorization to operate as a multipoint distribution system (MDS) broadcasting distribution undertaking (BDU) using 90 megahertz of MDS (2596 - 2686 gigahertz band) spectrum in various communities in Manitoba, including Winnipeg and Brandon.
