The Company’s business partners include ExxonMobil EP, Dana Petroleum Norway ASA, StatoilHydro ASA, Svenska Petroleum Exploration AB, Talisman Energy Inc, Petoro AS, DONG Energy A/S, Altinex Services AS and Bayerngas Produksjon Norge AS, among others. As of December 31, 2008, the Company had one subsidiary: NOIL Energy ASA. In addition, the Company is a 36.9%-owned affiliate of DNO International ASA.
