On June 8, 2012, it disposed off its entire 57% interest in GNT International Ltd. In October 2012, it incorporated Dialog IPS Marine (Labuan) Ltd. On October 18, 2012, it incorporated Dialog Offshore Engineering Sdn Bhd. On December 19, 2012, it incorporated a subsidiary, Fitzroy Tower Services Limited (FTSL) In New Zealand.
