The Valuation business provides valuation, appraisal and due diligence advisory services. The Occupational & Development Markets business provides advice and transaction support to occupiers, landlords and developers across the office, industrial, logistics and retail sectors. The Professional Services provides property, asset and facilities management alongside project management and building consultancy services. The Consulting & Research business provides consultancy services for public and private sector clients. In October 2009, it sold its operation in New Zealand to Quotable Value Limited.
