Eastern Company S.A.E, a subsidiary of Chemical Industries Holding Company, is an Egypt-based company primarily engaged in the manufacture and trade of tobacco products and accessories. The Company is also active in the investment, financial, commercial, industrial, agricultural, real estate and services sectors. It owns 21 factories across Egypt. Its products include cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, molasses tobacco (Moassels) and other related products, such as filter rods, homogenized tobacco, packs and cartons. Eastern Company’s products are divided into two divisions: local and export products. Its local cigarette, cigar and molasses products include such brands as Cleopatra, Mondial, Boston, Belmont, Verona, Jose Bartolo and Corona. The export division offers all the local brands in addition to Wasp, Delta, President, Taba and Salloum.
