The Company’s principal operating subsidiaries include Man Investments Limited, Man Investments AG, Glenwood Capital Investments LLC and RMF Investment Management. The Company has one principal investment in an associate, BlueCrest Capital Management Limited. On May 8, 2008, the Company acquired 50% interest in Ore Hill. On June 6, 2008, it acquired a 25% interest in Nephila Capital Ltd.
