Grupo Empresarial ENCE SA (ENCE) is a Spain-based company engaged in the wood industry. The Company specializes in the production of the cellulose pulp and solid wood products, as well as the production of electric energy from biomass in Spain. The Company operates through two major divisions, the Pulp Division and the Forest Division. The Pulp Division is comprised of pulp production and sales. ENCE operates three mills in Huelva, Pontevedra and Navia. The Forest Division focuses mainly on forest and environment consulting, projects and services, and plant nurseries. Additionally, it is dedicated to the manufacture and marketing of the solid wood products. The Forest Division is a producer and supplier of plywood, sawn timber, parquet flooring, glued-edge paneling and skirting board, among others. The main subsidiaries of ENCE are Celulosa Energia SL, Celulosas de Asturias SA (CEASA), Silvasur Agroforestal SA and Ibersilva SAU, among others.
