Entravision Communications Corporation (Entravision) is a diversified Spanish-language media company utilizing a combination of television and radio operations to reach Hispanic consumers across the United States, as well as the border markets of Mexico. It operates in two reportable segments: television broadcasting and radio broadcasting. The Company owns and/or operates 53 primary television stations located primarily in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas and Washington. Entravision is an affiliate group of both the Univision television network and Univision’s TeleFutura network, with television stations in 20 of the 50 United States Hispanic markets. As of December 31, 2011, revenue generated by its television segment accounted for 68% and revenue generated by its radio segment accounted for 32%. It generates revenue from sales of national and local advertising time on television and radio stations. On January 3, 2011, it acquired Lotus/Entravision Reps.
Television
The Company owns and/or operates Univision-affiliated television stations in 24 markets, including 20 of 50 Hispanic markets in the United States. Its television operations are an affiliate group of the Univision networks. Univision’s primary network is a Spanish-language network in the United States, reaching approximately 95% of all United States Hispanic households. Univision’s primary network is the watched television network (English- or Spanish-language) among United States Hispanic households. Univision’s primary network, together with its TeleFutura Network, represent an approximately 73% share of the United States Spanish-language network television prime time audience of adults 18-49 years of age as of November 2011. It operates both Univision and TeleFutura affiliates in 20 of its 24 television markets. Univision directs its programming primarily toward a young, family-oriented audience. Univision offers an entertainment magazine, a news magazine and national news, in addition to local news produced by its television stations. Univision’s other 24-hour general-interest Spanish-language broadcast network, TeleFutura, is programmed to meet the diverse preferences of the multi-faceted United States Hispanic community. TeleFutura’s programming includes sports, movies and novelas not run on Univision’s primary network, as well as reruns of novelas broadcast on Univision’s primary network.

Radio
The Company owns and operates 48 radio stations, 46 of which are located in 50 Hispanic markets in the United States. Its radio stations broadcast into markets with an aggregate of approximately 41% of the Hispanic population in the United States. Its radio operations combine network and local programming with local time slots available for advertising, news, traffic, weather, promotions and community events. The Company broadcasts into markets with an aggregate of approximately 19 million United States Hispanics. Its radio network broadcasts into 16 of the 19 markets that it serves. The Company's radio network produces three music formats that are distributed through satellite with a digital compact disc (CD)-quality sound to its stations. These three formats each appeal to different listener preferences.
The Company competes with Univision, Clear Channel Communications Inc., Spanish Broadcasting System, Inc., Sirius XM Radio and In-Band On-Channel digital radio.
