Franklin Covey Co., incorporated on December 2, 1983, is a global company specializing in performance improvement. The Company's segments are Direct Offices, Strategic Markets, Education practice and International Licensees. The Direct Offices segment consists of its geographic sales offices that serve the United States and Canada, its international sales offices located in Japan, the United Kingdom, and Australia, and its public programs group. The Strategic Markets segment includes its government services office, the Sales Performance practice, the Customer Loyalty practice, and a new Global 50 group, which is specifically focused on sales to large, multi-national organizations. The Education practice segment consists of its domestic and international Education practice operations, which are centered on sales to educational institutions, such as elementary schools, high schools, and colleges and universities. The International Licensees segment consists of its international licensees' royalty revenues.

The Company also provides clients with training in management skills, relationship skills and individual effectiveness, and it can provide personal-effectiveness literature and electronic educational solutions to its clients as needed. Leadership

The Company's Leadership practice develops leaders at three levels: personal, team and organization-wide. Its Leadership practice is designed to develop leaders who achieve sustained performance, engage employees to achieve the objectives, win the loyalty of customers and other stakeholders, and build a strategic advantage by identifying and making a distinctive contribution. Its leadership solutions include The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People-Signature Program 4.0; The 7 Habits for Managers; Leadership: Great Leaders, Great Teams, Great Results; Leadership Modular Series, and Executive Coaching. Its The 7 Habits for Managers solution teaches the fundamentals of mobile knowledge worker. Its Leadership: Great Leaders, Great Teams, Great Results offering contains the entire core content of the Company's Leadership practice. The Leadership Modular Series comprises seven standalone modules (of 3 to 4 hours in duration) that teach imperatives leaders can apply to create a work environment that addresses the needs of today's knowledge worker. The Company offers senior executives a coaching experience created in partnership with Columbia University, which includes methodologies approved by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Execution

The Company's execution offerings include The 4 Disciplines of Execution: Manager Certification, My4DX.com and What the CEO Wants You to Know: Building Business Acumen. The purpose of manager certification includes helping managers not only develop specific skills, but to also create actual work plans. My4DX.com is designed to fully support the Company's 4 Disciplines of Execution methodology. Its What the CEO Wants You to Know: Building Business Acumen training supports the Execution practice disciplines by helping individuals and teams understand the financial engine of their business and how they can positively affect it.

Productivity

The Company's Productivity practice equips individuals, teams, and organizations to make intentional decisions and execute on high-impact goals and projects in the midst of unlimited choices, demands, and distractions. Its Productivity practice offerings include The 5 Choices to Extraordinary Productivity, Project Management Essentials for the Unofficial Project Manager, Writing Advantage and Presentation Advantage.

The 5 Choices to Extraordinary Productivity program is designed to provide the in-depth skills, knowledge, and attitudes that allow individual contributors, teams, and organizations to be able to identify, validate, and act on what's most important. The Company's Writing Advantage program teaches participants how to set quality writing standards that help people increase productivity, resolve issues, avoid errors, and heighten credibility. The Company's Trust practice offerings include Leading at the Speed of Trust and Working at the Speed of Trust-For Associates.
