Fertima is a Morocco-based company engaged in the production, import, processing and distribution of fertilizers. The Company’s product portfolio includes nitrogenous, phosphatic, potash and mixed fertilizers, fertigation products and organo-mineral fertilizers. Fertima also provides technical advisory to farmers. As of 2008, Fertima had six factories located in Berkane, Kenitra, Casablanca, Berrechid, Tleta Bouguedra and Ait Melloul, seven warehouses situated in Berkan, El Aioun, Souk Larbaa, Taza, Fes, Settat and Benguerir, and three distribution centers in Oued Zem, Meknes and Sidi Slimane. As of June 10, 2009, Fertima's main shareholder was Charaf Corporation Holding.
