1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc. (1-800-FLOWERS.COM) is engaged in providing flowers and plants, gift baskets, gourmet foods, confections, balloons and plush stuffed animals. The Company’s BloomNet (www.mybloomnet.net) international floral wire service provides a range of products and value-added services designed to help professional florists. The 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc. Gift Shop also includes gourmet gifts, such as popcorn and specialty treats from The Popcorn Factory (www.thepopcornfactory.com); cookies and baked gifts from Cheryl&Co. (www.cherylandco.com); chocolates and confections from Fannie May Confections Brands (www.fanniemay.com and www.harrylondon.com); gourmet foods from Greatfood.com (www.greatfood.com); wine gifts from Ambrosia (www.ambrosia.com or www.winetasting.com or www.Geerwade.com); gift baskets from 1-800-BASKETS.COM (www.1800baskets.com), and DesignPac Gifts (www.designpac.com). On July 21, 2008, the Company acquired Napco Marketing Corp. (Napco), a wholesale merchandiser and marketer of products designed for the floral industry. During the fiscal year ended June 28, 2009 (fiscal 2009), the Company divested its Home & Children's Gifts business segment.

Flowers & Plants

The Company offers flowers and floral arrangements for all occasions and holidays, available for same-day delivery. The Company provides its customers with a range of florist designed products, flowers delivered through its Fresh From Our Growers program, and floral creations from Julie McCann Mulligan or a range of specially designed products from the Company's Martha Stewart for 1-800-Flowers.com collection. The Company also offers a variety of plants to brighten the home and/or office, and accent gardens and landscapes.

Gourmet Foods and Gift Baskets

The Company manufactures cookies and baked gift items from Cheryl & Co., which are delivered in gift baskets and containers. The Popcorn Factory brand pops popcorn and specialty snack products, while Fannie May Confections Brands manufactures chocolate and candy under the Fannie May, Harry London and various private label brand names. Additionally, through The Winetasting Network, the Company offers its customers an array of wines from worldwide. The Company's gourmet products are packaged in seasonal, occasion specific or decorative tins.

BloomNet Products and Services

The Company’s BloomNet business provides its members with products and services, including clearinghouse services, consisting of the settlement of orders between sending florists (including the 1-800-Flowers.com brand) and receiving florists; advertising, in the form of member directories, including an online directory; communication services, by which BloomNet florists are able to send and receive orders and communicate between members, using Bloomlink, the Company’s electronic communication system; other services, including Web hosting and point of sale, and wholesale products, which consist of branded and non-branded floral supplies.
