Glass Earth Gold Limited (Glass Earth) is a development stage company. The Company is engaged in the exploration for gold and silver in New Zealand. It operates in five territorial assets: Otago Region, Hauraki Region, Mamaku Region, Waihi West Joint Venture and Central Volcanic Region. Otago Region covers over 13,000 square kilometers. The Hauraki Region is advanced gold prospects occupying a ground position around the Waihi and Martha Mine. The Mamaku Region includes the Muirs Reef prospect, which has produced more than 43,000 ounces of gold. The Company has 35% interests in WKP gold project located in Hauraki. It has 100% interests in MUIRS gold project. It also owns 50% interests in OPHIR gold project located in Otago. On March 15, 2012, it purchased Goldmines New Zealand Limited and remaining 50% interest in Dunstan Mining Limited. On March 19, 2012, it acquired full ownership of its placer gold production joint venture.
