Razgulyay Group OAO (Razgulyay Group OJSC), formerly Agrokoinvest ZAO, is a Russia-based holding, which is involved in the management of the Group of companies active within the agricultural industry. The Group consists of the managing company, Razgulyay Group OAO, and two companies Zernovaya kompaniya Razgulyay ZAO and Sakharnaya kompaniya Razgulyay ZAO. The Group’s principal activities are the growing, purchase, processing and distribution of agricultural products, mainly sugar and grain. Razgulyay Group OAO is also involved in the granting of loans and leasing of premises, as well as provision financial, legal and other services to its subsidiaries.
