Heritage Oil Limited (Heritage) is an independent international oil and gas exploration, development and production company in Africa, the Middle East, Russia and South Asia. It also has exploration projects in Uganda, the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Malta, Pakistan, Tanzania and Mali, and producing properties in Oman were sold on April 7, 2008. On March 25, 2009, the Company announced drilling of the Miran West-1 well had completed and had reached a total depth of 2,935 meters. Heritage is an operator with a 50% equity interest in Blocks 1 and 3A. On April 7, 2009, the Company completed the sale of Eagle Energy (Oman) Limited.
