Istrabenz dd is a Slovenia-based holding company responsible for the asset management and supervision of the Istrabenz Group members. The Company’s business operations are divided into four divisions: Energy, engaged in natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas trading; Tourism, operating hotels, guesthouses, wellness centers and congress halls under the brand name LifeClass; Information Technologies, providing outsourcing information technology (IT) solutions and systems integration; and Other investments. As of December 31, 2011 Istrabenz dd operate a number of subsidiaries in such countries as Slovenia, Croatia, Italy, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia. On February 11, 2013, the Company sold a 51% stake of Instalacija doo to Petrol dd.
