InterMet Resources Limited (InterMet) is an Australia-based company engaged in the search for copper-golduranium, gold, nickel, base metals, coal, and uranium in Australia and overseas. As on January 31, 2012, the Company held 100% interest in five mining tenements in Queensland, which are scattered in five projects, namely Munderra, Mt Molloy West, 8 Mile Creek, Kingsborough 1 and Hodgkinson Basin. In January 2013, the Company announced that Hillgrove Resources Ltd and its subsidiaries decreased its interest from 84.5% to 18.7% in the Company. The Company’s subsidiaries include International Metals Pty Ltd, International Metals (Qld) Pty Ltd and International Metals (Burra) Pty Ltd.
