Jazeera Airways Company KSC is a Kuwait-based public shareholding company engaged in the business of air transportation and commercial passenger services. The Airliner provides a low-fare business model for passengers, and owns a fleet of Airbus A320 aircrafts flying to different destinations throughout the Middle East and Asia. It has a subsidiary, Jazeera Leasing Company – 2 (JLC-2), whose purpose is to arrange financing for acquiring aircraft and aircraft engines and leasing them to the Parent Company under finance leases.
