The Company has three divisions: Environmental Technologies, Precious Metal Products, and Fine Chemicals & Catalysts. Environmental Technologies Division is a global supplier of catalysts and related technologies for applications, such as pollution control and cleaner fuel. Precious Metal Products Division is focused on the marketing, distribution, fabrication, refining and recycling of precious metals and their products. Fine Chemicals & Catalysts Division is a global supplier of fine chemicals, catalysts and other specialty chemical products. On February 6, 2008, the Company acquired Argillon Group. On November 26, 2008, the Company sold its non-core Insulators and Alumina businesses to Lapp Insulator GmbH & Co. On March 2, 2009, it acquired 49% interest of Alfa Aesar China Limited.
