Jindal Drilling & Industries Ltd is an India-based company engaged in providing services to companies involved in exploration of oil and gas. The Company provides drilling division and related services. The Company’s operating segments include offshore drilling for oil and gas, horizontal and directional drilling and mud logging services. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2012 (fiscal 2012), the Company completed several contracts with ONGC Assam, as well as with M/s Essar Oil Limited for their CBM project in Raniganj. The Company completed two wells contract with M/s Naftogaz India Private Limited, Ahmedabad. In fiscal 2012, the Company commenced operation for three sets of directional drilling tools in ONGC Ankleshwar and one set of tools for ONGC Ahmedabad for a period of three years. In July 2011, the Company commenced operations for nine wells in Kharsang, Arunacahl Pradesh.
