Kazkommertsbank AO (Kazkommertsbank JSC) is a Kazakhstan-based commercial bank that is engaged in the provision of financial and banking services for corporate and individual clients. The Bank offers such services as the opening and maintaining of bank accounts, operations with securities, debit and credit cards and safety deposit boxes, currency exchange, lending, leasing and investment services, Internet banking, financial intermediation, insurance services, derivative instruments, guarantees and other financial services. As of December 31, 2008, the Bank had 23 branches located in Kazakhstan, one representative office located in London, the United Kingdom, as well as 13 subsidiaries and one affiliated company located in Kazakhstan, Russia, Tadzhikistan, and the Netherlands.
