KNM Group Berhad is engaged in investment holding activities and provision of management services. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the business of designing and manufacturing process equipment for oil, gas, petrochemicals, minerals processing, desalination, renewable energy, environmental and power industries. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries include KNM Process Systems Sdn. Bhd. (KNMPS), KNM International Sdn. Bhd. (KNMI), KNM Capital Sdn. Bhd., KNM Management Services Sdn. Bhd., KNM Renewable Energy Sdn. Bhd. and KNM Capital Labuan Limited. In June 2008, KNMPS acquired 100% equity interest in Borsig. In October 2 008, KNMPS and KNMI completed their acquisition of 80% equity interest in HZM Industrial Ltda, HZM Servicos de Manutencao E Montagens Ltda and HZM S.A. Industria e Comercio de Equipamentos (HZM Companies). In November 2009, the Company acquired 100% interest in KNM Services (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (KNMSS).
