The Company operates in more than 40 countries and is structured according to four business lines: Lagardere Publishing (book publishing), Lagardere Active (press, audiovisual and digital activities, plus advertising sales), Lagardere Services (travel retail and press distribution) and Lagardere Sports (the sports economy). The Company holds a 7.5% interest in EADS, over which it exercises joint control. EADS has five business divisions: Airbus, Military Transport Aircraft, Eurocopter, Defence and Security Systems and Astrium.
