Lafarge Malayan Cement Berhad (LMCB) is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the manufacture and sale of clinker and cement; manufacture and sale of ready-mixed concrete; trading of cement and other building materials; manufacture and supply of aggregates, premix and related products, and shipping of bulk cement and chartering of vessels. The Company is organized into two divisions: cement and clinker, and other operations. LMCB operates a nationwide network of facilities, which include three integrated cement plants in Langkawi, Kanthan and Rawang; a grinding plant in Pasir Gudang, and distribution channels by road, rail and sea. The Company’s subsidiaries include Lafarge Cement Sdn. Bhd., Southern Cement Industries Sdn. Bhd., Jumewah Shipping Sdn. Bhd., Lafarge Concrete Industries Sdn. Bhd. and APMC Enterprises Sdn. Bhd., among others.
