The segments of the Company are automotive, which includes the sale of automobiles, spare parts and related services; farm equipment, which includes the sale of tractors, spare parts and related services; information technology (IT) services comprises services rendered for IT and telecom; financial services include services relating to financing, leasing and hire purchase of automobiles and tractors; infrastructure comprises operation of commercial complexes, project management and development; hospitality includes the sale of timeshare; systech comprises automotive components and other related products and services, and others include logistics, after-market, two wheelers and investment. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2009, the Company acquired the two-wheeler business of Kinetic Motor Company Ltd., through its subsidiary, Mahindra Two Wheelers Ltd.
