Midas Holdings Limited is a Singapore-based investment holding company. The Company has three divisions: the Aluminium Alloy Division, the PE Pipe Division, and the Agency and Procurement Division. The Aluminium Alloy Division is engaged in the manufacture of large section aluminum alloy extrusion products for use mainly in the rail transport industry, power industry and others. The PE Pipe Division is engaged in the manufacture and installation of polyethylene (PE) pipes for use in various types of piping networks, including gas piping networks and water distribution networks. The Agency and Procurement Division deals with the import, export and wholesale of aluminum alloy, polyethylene pipes, metal materials and other related products. Besides its core business, the Company has a 32.5% stake in a licensed metro train manufacturing company in the People’s Republic of China, Nanjing SR Puzhen Rail Transport Co., Ltd.
