MLP AG is a Germany-based independent financial services company, engaged in the provision of customized financial products and solutions. MLP AG is the holding company for the MLP Group. The Group's business operations are organized in segments and are carried out by the two subsidiaries, MLP Finanzdienstleistungen AG and the Feri Group. At the end of the financial year 2008, the following companies belonged to the Group: MLP Finanzdienstleistungen AG, as well as one foreign branch and one foreign subsidiary of MLP Finanzdienstleistungen AG, Feri Finance AG (including its subsidiaries) and TPC THE PENSION CONSULTANCY GmbH. MLP has more than 240 branches in Germany, where around 2,400 consultants support and advise more than 740,000 clients. MLP provides independent financial and investment consulting on old-age provision, non-life insurance, health provision, financial investments, loans and mortgages and cash management.
