The wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company are MSS Projects Limited, which is engaged in the air conditioning systems business; MSS Facilities Limited, which is engaged in the service and maintenance business; MSS Interiors Limited, which is engaged in the shop fitting business and MSS Southern Limited, which is engaged in the air conditioning and catering business. On April 1, 2008, the trade and net assets of Woods Maintenance Limited, Woods Ventilation Limited, Woods Plumbing and Heating Limited, and Woods Environmental South Limited are transferred to MSS Projects Limited. In December 2009, the Company acquired the Status Building Services group (Status), which includes Status Building Services Ltd, Status Electrical Services Ltd and Status Fire Protection Ltd.
