On October 30, 2009, National Wealth Management Holdings Limited completed the acquisition of 80.1% interest in Goldman Sachs JBWere's (GSJBW) private wealth management business in Australia and New Zealand, which will be branded JBWere. On October 30, 2009, National Australia Bank Limited completed the acquisition of Challenger Mortgage Management Holdings Pty Ltd.
