Nandan Cleantec plc (Nandan) is a United Kingdom-based biofuel producer. The Company operates in three segments: Sale of Biodiesel, Sale of Jatropha Products and Sale of Nutraceutical products. The Company through its wholly owned subsidiary, Nandan Bio Energy Pte ltd, Singapore regulates the business operations in India, Southeast Asia and Africa, through its subsidiaries in the respective countries. As of June 30, 2012, the Company has a 275,000 metric tons (MT) biofuel processing unit installed in a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) near Vizag Port, Andhra Pradesh. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2012, the Company acquired 51% of shares of Xtraa Cleancities Limited during the year a company located in India which is having Bio fuel processing facility with 275000 MT per Annum capacity along with Glycerin processing facility of 32,000 MT capacity.
