National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) is a Kuwait-based public shareholding company that offers banking, financial and investment services in Kuwait and abroad. The Bank offers its services through four primary divisions: Personal, Corporate, Private and Investment. The Personal banking segment offers accounts, customer packages, NBK cards, loans, safe deposit boxes and NBK travel safe services. The Corporate banking segment offers domestic and foreign corporate banking, trade finance, credit facilities, structured finance, corporate treasury, corporate credit cards and employee banking services. The Private banking unit offers investment services, offshore services, overseas banking and real estate services. Its investments unit offers investment funds, funds performance and asset management services. NBK also offers brokerage services on the Kuwait and the United States Stock Exchanges through its Watani Brokerage unit.
