Neorion Holdings S.A. has two subsidiaries, Shipbuilding and Industrial Enterprises of Syros and Elefsis Shipbuilding and Industrial Enterprises S.A. The shipyards that operate through its subsidiaries, supply fresh and sea water, electricity and compressed air, slop reception and tank cleaning services, maneuvering services, and a range of spare parts and materials. It also controls 100% of the Center for Vocational Training Ltd.
