Navaho Gold Limited, formerly Navaho Gold Pty Ltd, is an exploration company. It focuses on the discovery of gold deposits in Nevada, United States of America and in Queensland, Australia. The Queensland tenement position covers some 8,273 square kilometers plus the Company has assembled a portfolio of seven projects in Nevada: Utah Clipper Project, Carlin East Project, Tobing Project, Stevens Basin Project, Rose Mine Project, Whitehorse Flats Project and Taz Project. The projects in Queensland are: Candlow Project, Texas Project, Boven Project. As of December 31,2010, date of this report, a total of six Exploration Permits for Minerals (EPM) have been granted, 14 have been proposed for grant and one is a competing application. Among its subsidiaries there are: Eureka Gold LLC, Ced Gold LLC, Stevens Gold LLC, Whitehorse Gold LLC and Rose Gold LLC. In September 2012, it formed a new energy subsidiary, NAVGAS Pty Ltd., to hold an energy project within its overall project portfolio.
