Oce N.V. develops and supplies digital printing systems, software and services for the production, reproduction, distribution and management of documents, in color and black-and-white, in small format and in wide format, for professional users in offices, educational institutions, industry, advertising and the graphics arts market. The product offerings include printers, copiers, scanners, software, services, imaging supplies, services for system integration and outsourcing of document management activities, and leasing of printing systems. The Company operates through three strategic business units: Digital Document Systems (small format), Wide Format Printing Systems (wide format) and Oce Business Services. In August 2008, the Company acquired the Scandinavian business Epcot a/s, which provides professional printing services in Denmark and Sweden to design engineering offices and the graphic arts sector. On June 20, 2008, it acquired the French business Intersoft S.A.R.L.
