Piraeus Port Authority S.A. is a Greece-based company engaged in the management and operation of Piraeus port. The Company operates the passenger and commercial ports of Piraeus, as well as the exhibition center. It also provides ship repair and maintenance services. The passenger port operates domestic and international passenger service terminals with approximately 20 million passengers served annually. The commercial port includes a 900,000 square meter container terminal, with 626,000 square meter storage area, 14 ship-to-shore cranes, one mobile crane, as well as 64 straddle carriers, forklifts and tractors; three car terminals with a storage capacity of 12,000 cars, and a cargo terminal that offers bulk and general cargo services. The ship repair zone includes two floating docks with a lifting capacity of 15,000 and 4,000 tons and the ability to host ships with capacities between 40,000 and 12,000 registered tons. The exhibition center covers 30,000 square meters.
