The principal activities of the Company’s subsidiaries include operation of manganese mine; sales and processing of ferroboron; trading of metals and fabricated metals; investment holding and trading of metals and ferroalloy products; sales and processing of ferroalloy and ores, and exploration and evaluation activities.
