Oriental Peninsula Resources Group, Inc. (ORE) is a holding company that was established primarily to consolidate and operate companies that own mining tenements located within the Philippines. The Company has a 94% equity interest in Citinickel Mines and Development Corporation (Citinickel), which is the sole claim owner of the Pulot Mine and the Toronto Mine (collectively hereinafter referred to as the Mineral Property) located in Province of Palawan, in the municipalities of Sofronio Espanola and Narra, and all interests therein for its exploration, development and operation. Citinickel’s principal activity is to prospect, explore, locate, acquire, hold, work, develop, lease, operate and exploit mineral lands for nickel, chromite, copper, manganese, magnesite, silver, gold, and other precious and nonprecious minerals.
