Pentair, Inc. (Pentair), incorporated in 1966, is a diversified industrial manufacturing company consisting of two business segments: Water and Technical Products. The Company’s Water Group is engaged in providing products and systems used worldwide in the movement, storage, treatment and enjoyment of water. Pentair’s Technical Products Group is engaged in the global enclosures and thermal management markets, designing and manufacturing standard, modified and custom enclosures that house and protect electronics and electrical components; thermal management products, and accessories. Water Group
