Petroplus Holdings AG is a German holding company engaged in the refinement and wholesale of petroleum products. The Company supplies such petroleum products as diesel fuel, gasoline, jet fuel and home heating oil, among others. Petroplus Holdings AG owns and operates seven refineries across Europe: the Coryton and Teesside refineries in the United Kingdom, the Petit Couronne and Reichstett refineries in France, as well as the Ingolstadt refinery in Germany, the Belgium Refining Corporation Refinery in Belgium and the Cressier refinery in Switzerland. Its refineries have a combined total throughput capacity of approximately 864,000 barrels per day. In addition, it operates a gasoil and bitumen facility in Antwerp, Belgium. Petroplus Holdings AG owns subsidiaries in Switzerland, Belgium, Bermuda, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.
