Petra Perdana Berhad (Petra Perdana) is an investment holding company, which is engaged in the provision of administrative and management services to its subsidiaries. The Company is an offshore marine services provider for the upstream oil and gas (O&G) industry in the domestic and regional markets. It provides support services for drilling, platform and pipeline installation, production, operations, general and major maintenance activities in the green field, and brown field belts of the industry. The Company, through its 60% equity interest in Petra Energy Berhad, is involved in providing integrated brown field services. In offshore marine services, it provides various services, which include towing, mooring and anchoring of non-self propelled barges, rigs, floating, storage and off-loading, and floating production storage and offloading. In August 2009, the Company incorporated Perdana Pluto Limited and Perdana Saturn Limited, which are wholly owned subsidiaires of the Company.
