Paramount Gold Nevada Corp., incorporated on June 15, 1992, is an exploration-stage mining company. Sleeper Gold Project
The Company's Sleeper Gold Project is a material exploration property. The Company has the rights to explore, develop and mine the property through its ownership of unpatented lode mining claims. Its Sleeper Gold Project is located approximately 30 miles northwest of Winnemucca, Nevada. The Sleeper Gold Mine consists of approximately 2,320 unpatented mining claims totaling approximately 72.5 square miles. Its Sleeper Gold Project deposit includes approximately four types of gold mineralization, including early, such as quartz-pyrite-marcasite stockwork; intermediate, such as medium-grade, silica-pyrite-marcasite cemented breccias; late, such as high-grade, banded, quartz-adularia-electrum-(sericite) veins, and post, such as alluvial gold-silver deposits in pliocene gravels.
Mill Creek property
The Company's Mill Creek property consists of contiguous block of approximately 40 unpatented lode mining claims. The claims total approximately 720 acres and are located in the northwest part of the Shoshone Range, which is located approximately 30 kilometers south of Battle Mountain. The Mill Creek property is an early-stage gold exploration project.
Spring Valley Property
The Company's Spring Valley Property is located approximately 2.5 kilometers northwest of the Rochester mine in the Humboldt Range, which is approximately 30 kilometers northeast of Lovelock, Nevada. The Spring Valley property consists of approximately 40 unpatented lode mining claims totaling approximately 760 acres located in Pershing County, Nevada. The property covers rocks folded into an anticline broken into blocks by north-trending faults.
