On February 2, 2009, the Company announced the disposal of the business and assets vested in Northwest Investment Management. The wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company are RAB Partners Limited, which is engaged in investment management; RAB Capital (Asia) Limited, which is engaged in investment management; I2S Limited, which is engaged in investment advisory and Leumas (Jersey) Limited, which is an investment company. In June 2009, the Company announced that it does not hold any interest in African Eagle Resources plc. In July 2009, the Company held 54.37% in RAB Innovations Fund Limited.
